Had been searching around for a golf cart to ride around the neighborhood. Mark and his team were exceptional. They explained all of the different things associated with them. He let me take my time and decide which one would be best for my family. Ended up going with a used Yamaha with lead acid batteries. Had them upgrade it to a lithium battery and what a difference it made. If you are looking for a golf cart or service, definitely go see them.

Mark and Janice were incredibly gracious with my son, Jacob, who has a rare disease. Jacob was absolutely thrilled just to get the chance to ride in a golf cart and he had actually done his own research on golf cart places in Northwest Arkansas. What drew him to Golf Cars of NWA was that simple but powerful tag: Family Owned.
On a frigid cold day, Mark and Janice went far beyond what anyone would expect to make the day special for Jacob. Their kindness, generosity, and genuine care were evident in every interaction. They clearly take great pride in their service and customer satisfaction—even toward a stranger who wasn’t a typical potential customer.
Their team was just as wonderful, attentive, warm, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure Jacob had the best day possible. My son enjoys the simple things in life, and seeing him have such a fantastic day truly made my heart full.

The guys at Golf Cars of NWA were amazing. I bought a new cart from them 5 years ago and just recently needed new batteries. I decided to go with a Lithium conversion. The service was done very quickly and the workmanship was exceptional. Beyond my expectations. The day after I got my cart back from them the battery management system failed (Not their fault). They drove over an hour to pick the cart up the same day, made the repairs, and delivered the cart back to me the next day. Now that is service. I would highly recommend these guys.

5 Star customer Service. We were in the market for a used electric golf cart with specific features. Mark and his crew got us what we needed and delivered the cart when the modifications were made. Janice's attention to detail and customer service made the entire transaction easy and without worry.
